ArchCare Senior Life (PACE) is a long-term Medicaid/Medicare plan designed specifically for seniors who need nursing home level care but want to stay at home. With PACE, participants have a dedicated Care Team to coordinate everything, so they are able to live comfortably where they are, knowing they'll get the coordinated care they need. PACE provides and coordinates care at our Wellness Centers, in patients' homes, and in other settings.

Responsibilities

  • Correspond directly with the prospective participants to provide plan education and qualification screening
  • Schedule assessments and mail information to prospective participants
  • Become an expert about PACE program eligibility requirements, services and benefits to accurately describe PACE offerings through lead generation process
  • Obtain referral details to assess and determine appropriate next steps for expeditious enrollment processing
  • Address eligibility issues, application processing and referrals; evaluate factors unique to each referral
  • Work closely with referral sources, account managers, clinical nurses and provider relations to ensure all and tasks are efficiently completed associated with the enrollment process
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal and PACE regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report performance measures to improve delivery and execution of onboarding procedures (CDPAS enrollment, acquisition of entitlements, logistical delivery of service plans, request for provider network recruitment, etc.)
  • Collect and review completeness of all required documents for processing enrollment transactions and reconciliation of enrollment files
  • Maintain knowledge of all applicable CMS, DOH, and PACE-specific guidelines, including organizational and departmental policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and PACE regulations

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years’ experience in account management/sales, ideally for a Managed Care plan

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Salary

$70,000 - $85,000 per year

Modest commission structure in addition to the base salary
