•  Assess nutritional status, determine needs, and develop a nutrition care plan for residents.
• Attend interdepartmental Plan of Care meetings, review care plans, and maintain monitoring system to ensure appropriate care and timely review.
• Counsel residents on individual nutritional needs and monitor their acceptance of food and beverages.
• Ensure nutritional adequacy of menu and Diet Manual.

Job Type: Full-Time, Day

• Master’s Degree in Nutrition

Qualifications:

• New York State Registered Dietician License

$35.6631-$39.7826 per hour
