Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive assessment, recreation therapy, socialization, and coordination of 24 hour care for PACE participants as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Plan, organize, and conduct a comprehensive program of individual and group recreation to enable participants to achieve optimum levels of independent functioning socialization. 

Job Type: Part time 

 

Salary: $24.27 to $30.34 per hour

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Two years of experience in a social or recreational setting providing and coordinating service for elderly populations within the last five years, one of which was full time in a patient activities program in a health care setting. 
  • Bilingual candidate  is highly desired 

Education: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in recreational or activities therapy, music therapy or other therapeutic activites area preferred.
