Rehabilitation Aide

Responsibilities: 

• Transports residents and their medical records to Rehab as scheduled and returns them following treatment. 
• Maintains and makes minor repairs to equipment as needed. 
• Assists with treatment and care plan meetings as requested by the professional staff. 
• Delivers therapy schedules and equipment to patient units. 

• Maintains confidentiality of organizational and resident information. 
• Assists residents in feeding or personal care as needed. 

Salary: $22.2077 per hour

Qualifications: 

• Nurse Aide Certification 

Education: 

• High School Diploma/GED
