Overview
Maintain and Update HCHB system with Demographic changes and updates related to physicians.
Call for Follow Up on Physician Orders/F2F Documentation.
Maintain and Update HCHB with Signed Physician Orders.
Ensures appropriate documentation received such as: HHCCN/NOMNC.
Verify and Maintains receipt of signed/dated documents (Consents).
Provides Director of Operations and Regional Administrators with assistance with data entry, analysis, and reports.
Performs general administrative duties such as: nursing supply inventory and distribution, ordering supplies, answering incoming calls, distributing messages, faxing, filing, etc.

Qualifications
Previous experience in an office setting required.
Technologically literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel and other commonly used software. Access Database skills a plus. Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical). Cheerful presence and people skills, good oral and written communication skills. Self-starter who can work independently, skilled in establishing priorities and managing workload and ability to follow direction
