Reporting to ArchCare’s SVP, Compliance, the Corporate Director of Compliance provides support and analysis to ArchCare’s enterprise-wide Compliance program, including ArchCare’s nursing homes, health plans, home care agencies, and assisted living program. The Director will coordinate the 1) development of an annual compliance risk assessment for each of the programs and 2) the implementation of the annual compliance audit work plan for each of the divisions, which will be based on the results of the risk assessments. The Director is also responsible for ensuring that all compliance issues, reports, complaints, and questions with respect to the ArchCare entities are properly addressed as they arise, and that appropriate compliance assurance reviews, audits, or other follow-up are conducted with respect to the issues arising from compliance concerns. The Director will also coordinate ArchCare’s response to audit requests from government entities. Finally the Director will review for legal form and for regulatory compliance, provider contracts and other high risk for the ArchCare system.
