High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must hold a current CNA certificate or be in the process of obtaining one.
Minimum of three years clerical experience required.
Must have good organizational skills.
Ability to relate well with a wide variety of people. Must be flexible and creative in working situations. Background in and knowledge of basic medical terminology, a plus. Must have clear, legible handwriting and some typing ability. Knowledge and a basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc). Knowledge and ability to run reports on systems used in the facility, including the FOB manager. Organization ability, basic filing ability and skills. Accuracy, dependability, and discretion with regard to confidential information.
