Overview

Sorts and distributes mail; operates duplicating equipment, operates copying machine, keeps daily break down of postage charges and stamping. 

  • Records receipt of all packages and flowers addressed to residents and staff before delivering.
  • Brings letters and packages to post office which requires special treatment (insures, certified, registered, etc.)
  • Brings stamp meter to post office for inspection every 6 months.
