Provides a leadership role for the talent acquisition and employment function across the system. Coordinate the full life cycle of recruitment which includes preparing the annual media plan, leadership and direction to Employment Coordinators and educational activities for hiring managers. Ensures effective and efficient use of the applicant tracking system. Responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining the highest quality staff. Monitor and address a variety of staffing issues, including effective sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing and selection procedures.
Masters degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
