  • Overview

    As a member of the ArchCare PMO, the Project Analyst is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities and deliverables of assigned projects, under supervision. This includes supporting project execution from beginning to end, communicating, and working with cross-functional project teams, defining and managing project scope, adhering to change control procedures, identifying task owners, conducting meetings, developing project time-lines, monitoring and reporting progress, risks and issues. The Project Analyst assists in developing and tracking project cost, identifying resource needs and conflicts. The project intern assists as necessary to successfully complete projects on time and in transitioning project to business operations, including conducting training. The Project Analyst will assist in process improvements, keeps supervisor informed of progress or delays in a timely manner, and follows the supervisor’s priority order when working on multiple assignments. The Project Analyst helps in maintaining the KIDS portal and generates management reports as needed/requested.


    • Gather information and document summaries by reading materials, interviewing care members and observing current processes with minimal supervision
    • Document current processes, Recommend and implement improvements under supervision
    • Provide hands-on project management functions, and engage project leadership and key stakeholders through all project phases, under supervision
    • Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, as well as ensure visibility and availability of project information, under supervision
    • Monitor and control project scope and ensure proper change control procedures are followed
    • Identify, assess and monitor risks and make mitigation strategy recommendations
    • Develop and maintain an up-to-date integrated project plan
    • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and comply with ArchCare Project Management standards
    • Work with the project team to identify business needs and requirements
    • Work with operational teams to establish operational transition policies and procedures to ensure that project deliverables are seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations, under supervision
    • Conduct Training, generate and distribute reports as necessary, under supervision


    Education & Experience

    Formal Education

    Bachelor's Degree



    Less than 6 months


    License, Registration, and / or Certification Requirement



    Minimum Knowledge

    Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions.


    Language Ability

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    Skill Requirements

    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, under supervision
    • Ability to learn new tools, methods
    • Ability in developing comprehensive, integrated project plans under supervision
    • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to plan, track project progress and interdependencies, under supervision
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
    • Ability to communicate and influence in a matrix management environment
