Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Chief Experience Officer, the Senior Director will implement programs to improve retention and engagement of the 4,400 workforce. The Senior Director administers all aspects of the labor and employee relations function for ArchCare and its programs. This individual provides a central point of leadership, knowledge, and advice to human resource leaders, staff, and management at all ArchCare programs. This person evaluates employment and labor practices, recommend policies, and formulate guidelines. Ensures that all employment practices are in compliance with policies, collective bargaining agreements, and applicable law. Oversee all aspects of grievances, arbitrations, contract interpretation, outside complaints, and litigation. Monitors labor activity, and quickly respond to issues, including participation in labor negotiations, as necessary.
