• Documents the Residents initial assessment, interim assessments integrated progress notes, and Resident care planning.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and be understood before groups of Residents.
Previous experience with the elderly required.
