Overview

Reporting to the Corporate Director of Human Resources Operations, the Human Resources Project Coordinator provides assistance handling multiple projects with varying timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coordinating with the managers regarding the proper implementation of policies and procedures implemented by the company.
  • Establishes and maintains a usable and well-communicated schedule of all phases of his or her work. Creates or participates in the creation of project documentation.
  • Works with external contractors as necessary.
  • Creates customized reporting as necessary. Prepares analytical reports and spreadsheets for HR management staff including but not limited to HR Dashboard Reports.
  • Responsible for K-Checks and audit of all new-hire files in HR personnel records database for all programs.
  • Manages employee leaves of absence including STD, FMLA, etc. Analyzes the data to identify patterns or trends.
  • Maintains CORE Store records & inventory.
  • Administers Performance Management & Recognition system (Easy Eval).
  • Completes workforce surveys, as needed (i.e. DSRIP, PPS, Dept of Labor).
  • Facilitates annual FLU and PPD clinics for Corporate Office(s).
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum Knowledge

Requires ability to interpret/extract information and/or perform arithmetic functions.

Language Ability

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong computer skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and experience working with databases).
  • Ability to analyze data for trends.
  • Must be a self starter. Ability to work independently. Ability to multitask.
