Responsible for ensuring the quality of the member experience and protecting the integrity of the grievance and appeals and service delivery systems of ASL.
1.Exhibits strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint
2. Knowledgeable in setting-up and maintaining proper paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, trending reports and other materials. 3. Demonstrates ability to prepare reports, memo, letters and other documents using word, spreadsheet, database and presentation software.
4. Communicates effectively with both internal and external organization, representing the organization to members, the public, government and other external agencies. Communication can be in person, in writing, by telephone or email.
5. Demonstrates ability to apply organizational policies and procedures to daily work activities.
