Reporting to ArchCare’s SVP, Compliance, the Director of Compliance provides leadership to ArchCare’s enterprise-wide Compliance program, including ArchCare’s nursing homes, health plans, home care agencies, and assisted living program. The Director will oversee the 1) development of an annual compliance risk assessment for each of the divisions and 2) the annual compliance audit workplan for each of the divisions, which will be based on the results of the risk assessments. The Director is also responsible for coordinating with the SVP, Compliance, and the other compliance officers to ensure that all compliance issues, reports, complaints, and questions with respect to the ArchCare entities are properly addressed as they arise, and that appropriate compliance assurance reviews, audits, or other follow-up are conducted with respect to those functions. The Director will coordinate with the SVP, Compliance, ArchCare’s response to audit requests from government entities. S/he will lead a team of two auditors, at least one of whom is a clinician.

Law or other advanced degree
Minimum of 3 years Medicare or Medicaid regulatory compliance experience
