Overview

Prepares and cooks all meals per menu requirements for Residents, Sisters and special functions.

Responsibilities

* Assist AM Cook with lunch meal as needed

* Prepare and deliver Sisters' Lunch mal

* Prepare assigned meals according to production sheets

* Follow sanitation guidelines in handling of all foods

* Ensure proper temperature of all foods prepared when setting

   up for service

* Label and date unused items and return to appropriate

   storage area

* Slice cold cuts and make salads according to schedule

* Clean and sanitize slicer after use

* Prep and prepare menu items for following day as warranted

   by production sheets

* Prepare and deliver Sisters' Supper meal

* Clean and sanitize work area during and at end of shift

* Work cooperatively with co-workers

* Follow rules of safety, security and fire procedures

* Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of one year experience as a Cook in a healthcare facility preferred.
